Seeds and transplants are planted. Mom has a new pantry, living room floor, and a working porch light. Getting more things off her list. Dad's treatments are over and getting to be the time to set new goals.
Friends and family have come together to make the work light. It is nice to not feel alone and unsupported. It is good to know the simple pleasure of sitting around a fire and have no fear of what you say or hear.
Nothing like a goal and plan to provide a place for context and introspection.
Nothing like family and old friends to remind you how it feels to be loved.
